​Consulting services includes working personally with all school district staff and volunteers to work together for the win. For example, we personally canvass the community in depth to support your entire team with training for door-to-door canvassing. Our canvassing also allows us to present updated reports on how the community is responding to your campaign in real time.

2. Employ Targeted Literature Drops, Mailings, Texting, and Social Media
RomanDuffy uses targeted education voting lists to personally reach as many voters as possible with the district's winning message. RomanDuffy then works personally with all campaign stakeholders to canvass the district throughout the campaign.
3. Work personally with all staff and volunteers to become directly involved in sharing your campaign's winning message

4. Poll Watch
Be there for the final word! RomanDuffy helps coordinate Poll watching on Election Day, all day from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

A campaign report detailing successes and challenges from the campaign and a vision for future elections will be presented to the client after the election.

As the owner and Director of Election Strategy Services for RomanDuffy, I have thirty years of winning experience as a campaign chair, co-chair, and volunteer for over twenty school finance elections. I worked on all of these campaigns during my 35 year career as a public school teacher and education leader. Now retired as a full time teacher, I'm devoted to helping win your bond or millage election. My experience also includes co-chairing the 2020 Macomb County Enhancement Millage campaign which has generated over $55 million a year since 2020 for all Macomb County Public Schools. All successful campaigns I have been involved with have one key component in common: extensive school staff and volunteer involvement helps win the campaign.
